This Stress

Crush that little plush ball. Go a few rounds with the heavy bag. Squeeze off a few at the range. The stress goes away for a little bit, but then come Monday you can feel it creeping in at the edges, slowly and then all at once. First it’s an email from your boss. Then it’s a text from your sister, she needs some help moving this weekend. Oh god why won’t she just hire movers. Your dog barfs on the rug… again.
